1. Who is responsible

Egle Venclovas, trading as ONE HUNDRED PERCENT, is the data controller for The Stuck Quiz.

This notice applies to The Stuck Quiz, its saved results and result emails, and newsletter consent collected through the quiz.

2. What is collected

While you take the quiz

Your browser temporarily stores your answers, progress, result and limited referral information so the quiz can work and survive a page refresh.

Your individual answer choices are not stored in the quiz database.

When you unlock your result

The following information may be stored:

• your email address;
• your primary and secondary quiz results;
• your newsletter choice and the date it was made;
• limited referral or campaign information;
• information needed to provide your saved-result link and deliver the email.

Hosting and email providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser information, server logs and email-delivery data.

If you contact ONE HUNDRED PERCENT or book a service, the information you provide will also be received and processed.

3. How the information is used

Your information is used to:

• calculate, save and email your quiz result;
• keep the quiz secure and working properly;
• understand how people find the quiz;
• respond to enquiries or provide booked services;
• send newsletter emails when you have consented;
• meet legal and regulatory obligations.

The quiz and result service are provided on the basis of legitimate interests and your request to use the service. Newsletter emails are sent on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Your choices

You can view a result preview without providing an email address.

An email address is required to unlock, save and email the full result.

The newsletter choice is separate. Receiving your quiz result does not automatically subscribe you.

5. Quiz scoring

The quiz automatically compares your answers with a set of configured patterns and shows the closest result.

It is a reflective coaching tool, not a psychological or clinical assessment. The result does not make decisions about employment, healthcare, credit, insurance or access to services.

6. Browser storage

The quiz uses necessary browser storage to remember your progress and result. You can remove this information by restarting the quiz or clearing the site data in your browser.

The quiz does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking or non-essential analytics cookies.

7. Service providers

Limited personal data may be processed by providers used for:

• website hosting, database services and security;
• sending the result email;
• managing the optional newsletter;
• business email and booking services.

These currently include OpenAI, Cloudflare, Resend, Substack, Google Workspace and TidyCal.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate GDPR transfer safeguards are used.

Personal data is not sold or shared for targeted advertising. It may be disclosed where legally required or as part of a business sale or reorganisation.

8. How long information is kept

Quiz result and email records are kept for up to 24 months.

Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe, although limited records may be retained to ensure your opt-out is respected.

Enquiries are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Client, payment and tax records may be kept for longer where legally required.

9. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, object to certain processing, receive a portable copy of information you provided, or withdraw consent.

To make a request, email hi@100percent.coach. You will normally receive a response within one month.

You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission or the data-protection authority where you live or work.

10. Security and changes

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect your information.

Your saved-result link is private but is not protected by a password. Anyone with the full link may be able to see the result.

This notice may be updated when the quiz, providers or data practices change. The effective date above shows the latest version.

The quiz and coaching services are intended for adults and are not directed at anyone under 18.
